The geographical environment, the singularities of the area, and the characteristics of the crop itself in this region provide unique and exclusive quality variables that are what define the oils of the Sierra de Cazorla Designation of Origin. It is the objective of the Regulatory Council to ensure that oils with its seal safeguard and enhance these outstanding quality notes in their harvesting, production and packaging, and at the same time to promote them by influencing these same qualities. <\/p>\n
Our olive groves run through this unique mountain range, the heart of the Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas Natural Park. And like any unique fruit surrounded by a territory, in this case our oils are watered with all the nuances of this unique Biosphere Reserve. Olivares de Cazorla, Chillu\u00e9var, Hinojares, Huesa, La Iruela, Peal de Becerro, Pozo Alc\u00f3n, Quesada and Santo Tom\u00e9 have their roots in this green treasure.
