The oil mill is located in a nineteenth-century farmhouse, where you can learn about the entire process of making olive oil; the different ways of storing olive juice, from old clay cellars through an iron tank, to the stainless steel tanks that are used today. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The Almedina de Cazorla<\/strong> is a complex of historic buildings known as the Palace of the Marquis of Foronda, which became an independent municipality.
