It is located at the top of a rock called El Picacho, in the heart of the natural park of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas. <\/p>\n<p>It is under the protection of the Generic Declaration of the Decree of 22 April 1949, and Law 16\/1985 on Spanish Historical Heritage.
